This is an excellent resource for athletes, written in an approachable manner. There are many useful takeaways throughout the book. Highly recommended.

Great book

Renee has written a great book about nutrition and adventure. It is easy to read and relate to. Renee gives her personal story about running and eating / nutrition, recipes and gives us case studies.
